The PCS patient record framework enables information to be stored and retrieved for every element of patient care, including:

The PCS patient record can be further extended via our system administration toolkit, enabling other elements to be added where required.

The PCS patient record provides a flexible structure for recording information on patient care from referral to treatment and on to follow-up. The generic structure of the framework makes PCS ideal for sharing information across different specialities, and for inter-hospital referrals.
